HOW MUCH DO I PAY TO TAKE THE PROPERTY OFF THE MARKET?
In order to secure this property you will need to pay a holding fee of one week's rent which reserves the property until your scheduled move in date. This holding fee will be deducted from your final balance. To take the property off the market, transfer the holding deposit to the account details below, only after your offer has been agreed.
Ensure you understand the break down of the costs below before making payment. Once payment is confirmed you will receive a receipt and cost breakdown with the new outstanding balance within 24 hours during the working week and within 48 hours weekends
In the event that you decide not proceed with the tenancy, we will not return the holding fee.
In the event that the landlord should, for any reason, decide not to proceed with the proposed letting, the holding fee will be returned to you in full.
Payment of a holding fee does not create a binding contract nor does it impose any obligation upon either the agent or the landlord to proceed with the proposed tenancy agreement.

Break down of cost
The "Holding Deposit" is to the property off the market, so the property is not shown to anyone else. Holding deposit is taken off the final amount you have to pay before moving into the property.
Calculate 1 weeks rent: Rent x 12 months / 52 weeks in 1 year
The "Dilapidation Deposit" is money held throughout the tenancy by the TDS or DPS on the behalf of the landlord or agent. Dilapidation deposit is returned at the end of tenancy, as long as the property is in the same condition it was taken in
